Are there any alternative treatments for brain cancer?

Not really. Surgery, radiation, and chemotherapy are the mainstays of treatment for brain cancer. These have the longest track record of success. There are clinical trials that are investigating the role of vaccines for brain cancers. There are also many trials investigating more targeted agents than "standard" chemotherapy. I am unaware of any nontraditional treatments that are as effective.
Yes, however... There are definitely alternative medicines to treat it but the degree to which they are successful is in question. It depends on the type of brain cancer. None that work. Primary brain tumors are cruel enough without sweet-talking "natural healers" or dark talking "conspiracy buffs" troubling you and trying to get your money, only to blame you when their stuff fails. ("It didn't work because you ate GMO food.") Complementary measures might increase comfort, but resist the temptation to give your money to people who have lied to you.
