In brief: It

It is very difficult to say if these symptoms are related or represent different processes.
Amenorrhea (no menstruation) has multiple causes including extreme weight loss or gain, hormonal changes, pregnancy, medications, stress/anxiety, thyoid issues. When is state lung pain, are you referring to pain when you breathe, back or flank pain, or chest pain? This also has many causes including asthma, bronchitis, muscle pain etc. Is your congestion nasal or in your chest? This could be allergies, sinus problems, bronchitis, etc. Urinary frequency can be a sign of infection or even diabetes. As you see there are many possibilities here. The most important thing for you is to schedule a visit with your primary care provider so they may begin to tackle all these issues. Good luck.
