In brief: See a doctor

Scabies can be persistent and can spread.
Here is a place to go for good information: http://www.Cdc.Gov/parasites/scabies/gen_info/faq_workplace.Html since you work in a job where you could spread that to other people the right thing to do is to be cleared by a doctor before you work.

In brief: First

First and foremost you need to stop working until you get a diagnosis and treatment for your problem. The fact that you work in the food industry puts the public at risk, and that can be very dangerous.
It sounds like you may be dealing with infectious boils/abscesses that will require antibiotic treatment. It's very difficult to say without actually seeing the lesions. Regardless you need to see a doctor right away. Good luck.
