In brief: Maybe

The only way to know whether your skin will tighten with weight loss is to see whether it contracts as you slowly loose weight on a healthy nutritional plan that involves daily exercise.

In brief: No.

Almost certainly, the reason you have loose skin is that you lost weight, so additional weight loss is unlikely to make your skin any tighter. The only reliable way to correct loose skin of any severity is to remove the extra skin surgically, hiding the scars in pre-existing skin creases (below the abdomen, under the arms, etc.
). Sorry!

In brief: Maybe

Your skin may tighten to conform to your body, but it depends on many factors.
First is the amount of weight you lose. People who undergo massive weight loss often need surgery to remove the excess skin. Next is the quality of your skin. If there are many stretch marks indicating the skin has been damaged, the chances of skin tightening are less. Other factors include age and smoking...

In brief: Tighten skin

Loose skin can be a problem after sudden or extreme weight loss or after such procedures as liposuction.
Though diet and exercise may help, often surgical lifting or procedures such as thermage may help.

In brief: Probably not.

Losing weight often makes the skin loos, not better. In large weight loss patients, this may require removal.
