What does it mean when you have multiple accessed on your inner thighs? There are multiple abcesses on my inner thighs and when one would rupture and drain, it'd heal but then grow back. Also the skin on my inner thighs is much darker than everywhere else

In brief: Hidradenitis?

Maybe this is hidradenitis suppurativa, which you may already suspect (since you chose it as a toic tag).
HS looks like a skin infection, but actually is an immune disorder; the exact causes aren't known. Infection often occurs on top of hidradenitis, in which case an antibiotic might temporarily. See your doctor, perhaps including discussing possible referral to a dermatologist. Good luck!

In brief: Sounds

Sounds like you should see a dermatologist.
You might have hidradenitis suppurativa, which is a chronic condition where one gets "boils" or "abscesses" in the groin, between the buttocks, armpits, and under the breasts. But, without seeing this, it is hard to know for sure. Sounds like you need some treatment to settle this down.
