I am currently on 150 mg of Zoloft and am curious if it's safe to take tylenol (acetaminophen) 3 with that. I have bad gad, panic disorder, sad, and a mood disorder.

In brief: Yes, it is.

"tylenol (acetaminophen) 3" which includes 30mg Codeine however is not a trivial drug, & it will not help mood problems.
Still, for significant, short-term pain for which a competent dr prescribes tylenol (acetaminophen) 3, there is no reason to suspect that also taking your regular dose of zoloft would be a problem. Hope your pain resolves quickly.

In brief: According

According to drugs.
Com, there is a moderate interaction between the Codeine in tylenol (acetaminophen) 3 and zoloft (sertraline). The interaction can cause excessive sleepiness and reduced pain relief from the codeine. If you are not having adequate pain relief or are having trouble staying alert and awake, you should call the doctor that prescribed the medication for you.
