In brief: Botox

Neurotoxins like Botox and Dysport are the best nonsurgical way to improve frown lines.

I have found that the most effective way to eliminate this crease involves two steps. First, Botox in injected. After several days' delay to get paralysis of the muscles, fat can be grafted into the area. The immobility of the area allows for a better take of the grafted fat and may eliminate the crease

In brief: Botox=happy<frowns

Reserach has shown that when glabellar furrows or frown lines are improved with botox, there is some additional benefit in that patients are happier as they do not have the negative image of the frown lines to keep them low.
Botox, xeomin (incobotulinumtoxin a) & Dysport are all temporary muscle paralytics and more permanent results can be obtained with cosmetic surgery.

In brief: Yes

Injections of Dysport or Botox can minimize, for a period of 3-4 months the muscle activity that causes these wrinkles to occur.

In brief: Botox-Dysport-Xeomin

Injectables that lessen the muscle activity of the corrugator muscle decrease the crinkle if it is not too deep.
If it is static, or does not go away without movement, then fillers such as juvederm or Restylane (dermal fillers) may help. Total fx laser is also helpful.
