In brief: Wear or share?

You could conceivably wear a bathing suit in recovery but i presume that is not what you really mean which i believe is to share the benefits of your procedure, swim and tan, etc.
Those are several other issues and may vary from 1 week to several weeks and are effected by implant pocket, size, lift, constriction, asymmetry, incisions, bathing suit design, skin tension, complexion, muscle release, .

In brief: Quickly

I normally want my patient to wait at least 2-3 weeks prior to soaking in a pool or hot tub but wearing a bathing suit can be done a few days after the surgery.

In brief: Very soon

Swim suits can be worn as soon as a week.
You may not be able to swim for several weeks as repetitive motion after surgery may increase risk of swelling and hematomas.

In brief: Pretty soon

You can wear a bathing suit immediately after your bandages are off, but as far as going swimming or laying out the sun is a question for your surgeon to answer.

In brief: Quickly

You can wear a bathing suit the next day, but you shouldn't get in the water for 10-14 days.
Most patients return to normal activity in 1-2 weeks.

In brief: Swim suit after aug

You may wear a swim suit the next day but you probably won't be swimming for two weeks.
It takes a few days to recover from the surgery and you will recover better with less activity the first few days. All patients differ in their recovery and your doctor will give you the best advice.

In brief: Depends on approach

Incision placement often dictates the time until bathing suits should be worn.
If the suit contains underwire, and the incision is placed in the inframammary crease, then waiting until incision site healing typically requires 2-3 weeks to settle down. Avoid anything that rubs or irritates the incision sites.
