Does it make sense to get a liposuction just before getting pregnant?

In brief: No
I would strongly recommend you wait until after pregnancy before you consider any type of body contouring procedure.
Your body will change with pregnancy and may require a different contouring procedure such as an abdominoplasty or tummy tuck.

If you plan on getting pregnant, you should wait. As Dr. Garramone suggested--your body will change

In brief: Better to wait
If you are definitely planning on getting pregnant, it's best to wait until after pregnancy because your body will be going thru a lot of changes.
You may gain more weight and also get more stretching of the skin after pregnancy. From a medical standpoint, you could have liposuction safely before trying to conceive but you need to make sure you're not pregnant if considering liposuction.

In brief: No lipo w pregnancy
If you're considering pregnancy don't do liposuction.
Wait for your body to equilibrate after pregnancy. Some develop new fatty accumulations post partum. When you've delivered and finished nursing, then you can consider liposuction.

In brief: Liposuction pregnant
Avoid liposuction before duirng and right after pregnancy.
There is no reason to have an elective procedure risking your baby's health. If you had liposuction right before pregnancy, your body fat will change again. Do the liposuction after pregnancy and after nursing.

In brief: Short answer: no
Long answer: no one can predict with certainty how your body will respond to this pregnancy.
If you gain a lot of weight, you will have wasted your money on liposuction. If you lose weight after your pregnancy, you may not need liposuction or you may need/want a tummy tuck more than liposuction. Overall, this is a really bad time to be thinking of liposuction!

In brief: Yes
Since liposuction will remove the fat and its stem cell replacements, having liposuction prior to pregnancy is not a problem. It is very important to take all precautions to be certain you have not become pregnant and be unaware at the time of surgery-anesthesia.
Fat cells taken from problem areas will tend not to recur, making the reduction after pregnancy easier with diet-exercise.
