Why haven't i gotten my period ? I was suppose to get my period around the 20th of september , i never got it so i took a pregnancy test and it came out that i was not pregnant . I waited a while to see if i would get my period its now october 10 and stil

Not getting your period (otherwise known as amenorrhea) is very common occurence.
Obviously pregnancy is a cause. Even though you have had negative pregnancy tests thus far does not rule out pregnancy. It may be too early to tell. Your doctor can perform a blood test to give you a definitive answer. Now if you are not pregnant there are some other explanations. These include stress, obesity, underweight, hormonal changes, thyroid problems, certain medications, athletes, etc. Your primary care provider can help you navigate this situation. Good luck.
