I get a rash on my inner thighs, but i've tested negative for all stds. Any ideas? Doesn't itch, haven't used a new detergent.

In brief: See doctor

Since the rash does not itch, it is less likely from an allergic reaction.
See a dermatologist. If they are from venereal warts, they would not itch.

In brief: Since

Since you tested negative for std's, it's likely not the cause of your rash.
In a significant number of cases, rashes on the inner thighs are caused by a yeast. This is common if you are overweight, or tend to wear tight fitting clothes. This is usually treated by an anti-fungal medication that can be prescribed by your doctor. However, it is very difficult to guess without seeing the rash, therefore i implore you to have your primary medical doctor or a dermatologist evaluate you.
