In brief: Yes, but....
You can do anything to yourself, but performing lipo on yourself even if you are a well trained plastic surgeon is just a really really bad idea!

You would be unable to do it, as it would be incredibly painful without tumescent anesthesia, and even if you could stand the pain you would bleed profusely. I hope you were kidding.

In brief: Not practical!!
While theoretically possible, practically speaking it would be difficult to maintain a sterile field, obtain good anesthesia, and accurately contour the area! So - not really a good idea at all.
Much better to seek out the services of a professional!

If you're not a licensed physician you can be brought up on charges.
You may be risking devloping a life threatening infeciton. If you have an emergent reaction, who would take care of you? Do not practice medicine without a license. A physician should not do liposuction on themselves either.

There have been many people who have tried and have ended up on tv shows such as "a thousand ways to die".
Don't do it. Diet and exercise are your best options prior to surgery.

No no and no! good way to seriously maim or kill yourself.
And a layperson or nonphysician (or inexperienced physician for that matter) should never attempt to perform this on another person either.

You should seek psychiatric consult if you're seriously considering that.

Although you could, you shouldn't.
There is a reason plastic surgeons train for 7 years.
