Sharp pain on the leg I have been feeling this sharp pain coming from the leg bone, starts at the bottom and then goes up, comes and goes even in my sleep. What could this be?

Could be many things. You need to see an orthopedic doctor to rule out things like fracture, glycogen storage disease, cancer, etc. You will likely need an MRI and blood tests. Best wishes and good luck.
This. This type of sharp, shooting pain is characteristic of sciatic nerve pain. This pain can subside over time and with massage. However if it persists, do see a doctor. Sharp, shooting pains are typically associated with sustained pressure to the nerves or a herniated disk.
