Chocolate is healthy. Dark chocolate has many health benefits and many of those pertain to protection of the cardiovascular system, reducing high blood pressure, stroke, and cardiac disease. So if it is cacao in particular you enjoy eating, absolutely enjoy in moderation, as chocolate is high in sugar.
