Right heel pain. May be a heel spur/plantar fascitiis. The burning/tingling can be secondary to a neuroma, or tarsal tunnel problem. Can also be from a more proximal issue such as a problem with your back. Lastly, a systemic condition like diabetes could be a possible cause.
Plantar fasciitis. Sounds like plantar fasciitis or overuse syndrome.

Unlikely. Those symptoms are unlikely to be a DVT. However, DVTs present in many strange ways and an ultrasound ordered by your doctor is the only way to be sure.
