Veggies are an important part of a well balanced diet
, so its important toddlers eat them. Keep trying.
Let your child be part of the cooking process (even if its just giving them some of the food to feel and taste raw) and let them choose which veggie to have for dinner. Puree veggies into sauces (where their strong flavor is a bit disguised) or try them raw with fun dips (hummus, yogurt, etc).
