Is male hormone replacement beneficial for an otherwise healthy 30-year-old man?

In brief: Probably not...

Male testosterone production begins to decrease at approximately age 30, by about 1 to 3 % per year. Unless you are a chronically ill patient.
as in an HIV positive patient, a cancer patient, a patient that is prescribed narcotics for chronic pain, hopefully under the care of a pain management specialist, you should not need testosterone augmentation at age 30. Roid abuse as a youth can be a item.

In brief: No

Hormone replacement is only necessary if your testosterone level is low and/or you are symptomatic.

In brief: Maybe

Treating a male with hormone replacement therapy depends if the patient has a low testosterone level to begin with.
Even a young man who is otherwise healthy will benefit from replacement therapy if he has a documented deficiency of testosterone. Replacing this hormone will likely add to his overall urological health and well-being but must be closely monitored.
