In brief: Most are not cancer

"moles" often change in size, color, and texture.
These changes are risk factors for cancer, but they do not always indicate a cancerous change had taken place.

In brief: This

This is not accurate information.
Not all moles that change colors are cancerous, although the prevalence of cancer in changing moles are higher. The biopsy will be a better source to determine malignancy (cancerous) and mode of treatment.
