In brief: Squirting

“Squirting” is controversial.
Some indicate that it is a form of female ejaculation in which the fluid is propelled from para-urethral ducts during or prior to orgasm. Others hold that it is lubricating secretions or incontinence of urine.

In brief: Pretty much

Female ejaculation or peeing during an orgasm is probably just the result of intra abdominal pressure on the bladder while muscle are tensing during sexual climax.
This can also occur with a valsalva or crede maneuvers. However the release of urine is not fundamentally part of the female orgasm.
