In brief: You

You must be seen by an eye care professional.
A dilated pupil in one eye could range from benign conditions to life-threatening. You must see an ophthalmologist, preferably a neuro-ophthalmologist for proper diagnosis.

In brief: Dilated pupil

You may have had some substance in your eye that can cause dilation.
If no other symptoms you can see if resolve in a day or two. But this could be a serious entity and warrants an eye exam.
