I've been taking antibiotics for my prostatitis, but they're not helping much. What should I do now?

In brief: Not bacterial
You probably have abacterial prostatitis.
Unless it is bacterial and you have prostatic stones which harbor bacteria in spite of antibiotics. Please see a urologist if you haven't seen one.
