Discharge. If that is the only complaint, no itching or burning, than that is a common complaint. Different women have different amounts of discharge. There is no real way to change the amount.
Any . Any unusual vaginal discharge is understandably a cause for concern. It is good that you were medically evaluated for this and were found to have no yeast or std's. You should also have a pregnancy test if there is any possibility that you could be pregnant. Vaginal discharge can change depending on where you are at in your cycle, and fluctuation of your hormones. Vaginal discharge can increase because of some medications, including antibiotics, birth control pills, or steroids. Your age isn't stated; but it is more common for younger women to have more vaginal discharge. If you are post-menopausal, it would be unusual to have increased vaginal discharge and that would need further evaluation. You do mention a positive pap smear--this would imply that the pap smear was abnormal. If that is the case then this would need re-evaluation. A positive pap is concerning, so please call the physician who performed it and obtain immediate follow-up. If the pap results are normal when you check, but the discharge continues, you should still be re-evaluated. If the discharge becomes yellow or green, foul smelling, or you have fever, vomiting, or abdominal pain, you would need to be seen right away. I am not aware of any herbs or vitamins that can reduce the discharge.
