In brief: See a doctor

There are many reasons for your symptoms, many of them treatable with simple solutions.
In order to fully investigate, you need to see a doctor. While it is understandable you are afraid, this is the only way to get much needed relief by determining what treatment you need. Only your doctor can determine this.

In brief: You

You definitely need to see a doctor right away.
Blood in the stool is often just hemorrhoids or something minor like that. But sometimes in can be something much worse that needs to be diagnosed without delay.
