In brief: Various surgeries

There are an assortment of surgeries that are available.
They can be classified as destructive, conservative or preservative and this is based on presence or abscence of useful hearing.

In brief: Many

There are many different surgeries (and non-surgical procedures) for menieres.
Some are destructive, some are non-destructive. They all have their proponents and detractors in the surgical community. I typically recommend non-destructive procedures first and only recommend destructive procedures if these fail or meniere's disease is very advanced.
