In brief: Drink water
Drink at least eight glasses a day of water. If your urine is dark colored, you need to drink more.
If you have having enough nausea that you cannot drink much water, talk to your doctor about using some medicines to decrease your nausea. There are several that are safe in pregnancy. Drinking in small quantities many times a day is usually better than trying to drinks lots at once.
