In brief: Yes but questionable
While the answer to your question is technically "yes" the real question is is it the best modality to be used? For a variety of reasons, other surgical approaches may be more effective at treating this cancer and the choice is best made after extensive discussions with oncologists surgeons and radiologists familiar with the patient's specific illness as well as numerous treatment alternatives.

In brief: Yes
Cyberknife treatment allows a team of doctors to use radiation to treat head and neck cancers.
Cyberknife works with computers and imaging tools to find the location of the tumor and administer high doses of radiation directly to the tumor while sparing surrounding healthy tissue from unnecessary exposure.

Many of these lesions can be treated with relativelly simple surgery. Also, the cyberknife does not treat potential metastases to the neck. Have you seen a good head and neck surgeon or surgical oncologist?
