is a great way to do that. It will help with balance and strength. In advancing parkinson's, it will become harder to do many of the tasks, so you have to enter in with reasonable expectations. But you should understand that this is not going to "fix" the disease, only make you better able to function with the disease. However, i cannot find any scientific studies about yoga and parkinson's. There are some questionnaires and testimonials from people, but never an unbiased study to see how much better people do.
