In brief: Blood test

If you're still concerned about pregnancy, i'd recommend a blood pregnancy test and/or an ultrasound from your doctor. If you're without a doctor or insurance, i would search for a planned parenthood or a fqhc (federally qualified health center).
These tests will tell you definitively if you're pregnant or not. Best of luck to you!
