In brief: Highly unlikely

If you truly have a middle ear infection, including pain, hearing loss and pressure in the ear, it is highly unlikely that a lymph node in the (most likely) supra-clavicular area of that size would be associated with the ear infection.
I would be concerned about other diseases. Depending on how long a time you have had this node, a biopsy would be indicated.
