I'm having lower back pain , slight headaches and nausea , slurred speech & poor eye sight. Can this be a sign of brain tumor?

In brief: Do not know

I do not know but these symptoms need prompt evaluation by a doctor.

I agree, could be tumor, stroke, bleed, BUT all serious issues! Please see a doctor on an emergent basis.

In brief: It depends

If these symptoms have been coming and going for many months or years, there is little chance of being a tumor. However, if these are new symptoms that are getting worse, then brain tumor must be ruled out.
You should discuss these issues with your doctor, and he can decide whether brain imaging would be appropriate.
