Is it normal to have a cold or stuffy runny nose, coughing, mucus or nasal drip, chest congestion and wheezing for months on end? Doesn't seem normal!

In brief: You are right

It is not normal.
With this history, your symtoms sounds like chronic nasal allergy and asthma, but you need to see a doctor to take your history and fully evaluate your condition. Wheezing for months on end can lull a person into thinking it's normal. It is not, and untreated asthma can become life-threatening. Of course, it could be something else. Please see a doctor this week!
