Is there any natural way to prevent organ rejection from occurring?

In brief: Not really

There is intense ongoing experimentation in this process called tolerance-universal acceptance of foreign tissue.
Current approaches involve extensive manipulation of the immune system with drugs, radiation, antibodies, etc. That are hardly "natural." tolerance is the holy grail of organ transplantation. Not there yet. Only natural way would be with identical (same placenta) twins.

Organ txp is not natural.
The txp organ is viewed by the immune system as an invader - like a virus or bacteria - and is attacked. Research focuses on tricking the immune system into overlooking the txp's "foreign" aspect by disguising the donor cells, or by teaching it that the donor cells should be part of the recipient's own "repertoire" or "self". Current meds weaken the whole immune system.

In brief: Yes

Accept an organ from your identical twin--this is the only proven way to avoid the need for immunosuppressive therapy.
