I was working as a delivery man in a pizza company, I got a very bad accident and had multiple fractures. What can I do to recover faster?

Good healthy habits. Take great care of yourself- eat well - no junk food, 3 square meals each day. Make sure to get a portion of meat or fish or poultry or eggs or cheese with each meal. Get plenty of sleep. Drink only water. Get some fresh air and sunshine each day. Make sure that you are getting proper physical therapy.
