In brief: Still healing

The normal lymphatic drainage of the nasal and septal mucosa ('skin' inside the nose) takes quite a long time to recover occasionally.
Don't give up hope - this will likely improve. Atropine nasal spray could be used temporarily if this is really bothering you.

In brief: Runny nose

Depends how long ago since you had the septoplasty.
Be patient adn go back to your surgeon if it didn't improve over the coming weeks.
