I have joint pain in one leg, ankle knee and hip. It doesn't hurt when I rest. What could be causing it?

ANY AND ALL. There are many causes for your symptoms. Mechanical/trauma/straining/inflammation, etc. Please discuss with your doctor.
Joint pain. Consider arthritis or injury, if isolated to hip, knee, ankle on one side. Pain away from the joints may be referred nerve, spine, or vascular pain.

Doesn't sound RLS. Severe knee joint pain is not associated with either pmld or rls. You may have arthritis of the knee instead. You may have a combination of the two. Rls needs to be investigated for known medical causes like anemia and neuropathy and treated accordingly. If there are no underlying causes there are medications that help. I have si joint pain and hip pain had tests and no one knows why. On sitting I notice that my knee turns inwards lots could this be the cause?

SI joint is cause. When one has SI joint pian, it is caused by a small but excessive roaotion forward (anterior) of the hipbone at the joint. This causes pain, irritation of other structures.
