Looking to adopt a 4yr old girl from china and has been diag w/ itp and beta thalissemia minor. Is there any complications from having the 2 together?

In brief: Probably not.

Itp is an autoimmune reaction causing the person's platelets (needed for clotting of blood).
The majority of children with the condition recover completely from it in a few weeks/months with treatment( often steroids). Beta thal minor is a red blood cell issue. It should cause the child no problems.
