What is the process of repairing a pcl?

Arthroscopic surgery. For the most part, PCL reconstruction is carried out arthroscopically. The procedure typically takes about 90 minutes and most patients can go home the same day. Postoperatively, physical therapy is required for approximately 6-8 weeks. Return to sports can happen typically after 6 months.
A tendon graft. Either some of your own, or donor tendon is placed into arthroscopic tunnels inside your knee to replace the original pcl.
