Aside from jogging, what are other exercises to lose weight?

Some you love. I have discovered that what works best is something you will stick with for the longest period of time. Jogging, walking, cycling/ spin class are great options. So is zumba if you love to dance or hot yoga if that is your thing (personally my favorite). Sustainability for the long run. Mixing up your routine in order not to get bored is helpful. Weight training to build muscle is beneficial.
