Trembling and pain in left cheek while smiling and cheek goes higher than right one.?

Sttoke. The major concern i would have is to rule out a stroke or other neurological condition immediately.
Stroke/virus/neuropa. When there is asymmetry to facial muscles one must rule out stroke. In addition, a viral infection affecting the facial nerve may be involved. Sometimes facial nerves can malfunction for no known reason (idiopathic facial neuropathy/myopathy). Your md, especially a neurologist would be of significant benefit to consult with. Good luck!
