In brief: It often will

The natural history of most disk herniations or bulges is that they get smaller with time.
Hang in there!

In brief: It is possible

The fact the leg pain gone is a good sign, continue your treatment hopefully the back pain will go away too.

In brief: Back and leg pain

Try sleeping on your stomach with two pillows under your pelvic area.
This will open up the Lumbo-sacral spine while you are asleep. If you must sleep face up then put a memory foam pillow just under the end of your spine (coccyx area) to tip your low back into flexion. This acts a decompression type of ergonomics.
