At least 10-14 days. The combination of the two medications is reasonable for treating acne--depending upon the severity. You will need to use it for at least 10-14 days before you may see an improvement. Remember though, acne can be controlled, but nor definitively cured.

See dermatologist. This may be a reaction to something applied to it, maybe not infection. DOES IT ITCH?? Throw away the neosporin. It is not only useless against infection, it is one of the most common things people are allergic to. Read more...
