In brief: Depends

It all depends on what type of a denture is getting fabricated.
Setting the teeth should be done in stages unless the technician is copying an existing denture. The anterior (front teeth) need to be tried in the mouth so the patient can experience the fit, lip support and be able to talk clearly with no lisping or problems with enunciating certain words. Don't take too many short cuts.

In brief: Depends

Every technician has different time schedules.
It takes several visits to construct a proper denture. Plan on 1-2 months for a conventional denture. If you are having your teeth extracted and an immediate denture placed, it may be closer to 2 weeks.

In brief: Varies

Once the dentures are tried in in the wax stage and the patient approves of them, then they go back to the lab for processing.
It is possible to complete this step in 24 hours, depending on when the lab receives them. Most often it will be 1 - 2 weeks, given the transportation time and laboratory schedule. There may be many cases ahead of yours in line.
