What is the recovery time fafter a breast lift and an abdominoplasty?

Varies. Recovery will vary from one patient to another. However, most patients and surgeons underestimate the recovery time necessary with abdominoplasty surgery. Most patients achieve 70 to 80% of their strength one month after surgery; it takes several months to fully “recover". Breast lifting, on the other hand is associated with a much quicker recovery period.
4-6 weeks. There are different phases of recovery. The acute recovery phase is usually 2 weeks. During this time, you should not drive and lift nothing more than 5 lbs. Between 2-6 weeks, you should not vigorously exercise. Each surgeon has his/her own way of advising their patients, and i suggest you seek their counsel.
Surgical recovery. The length of time to recover will depend on what is expected. Return to work can be achieved in 10-14 days. Exercise will need to be limited initially but full unrestricted activity can be expected by six weeks post operatively.
About six weeks. This is the average time for recovery from either of the procedures you mentioned. Combining them has the same recovery time but it will be more involved because you will have more areas to heal.
6 weeks. The expected time for pain to go away, wounds to heal adequately, and the effects of anesthesia to wear off. This varies with the individual.
