I'm 31 weeks pregnant and has been in labor twice. What can I do to jump start my labor. I'm already 3 CM dilated?

In brief: Preterm labor

Don't do it! 31 weeks is too early to deliver unless you have a life-threatening illness that can only be treated by or via delivery.
Otherwise, we don't encourage elective deliveries prior to reaching 36-37 weeks gestation. Talk to your obstetrician or family doc about your concerns. Many women stay at 3cm dilation for quite some time.
