In brief: Vitamin B6

Vitamin B6 capsules once or twice a day can help relieve nausea.
Also try chewing crystallized ginger or ginger capsules 3 times a day. Doxylamine is an over-the-counter sleep aid that can help morning sickness, take it at nighttime first as it will make you drowsy, but it can be taken every 6 hours. There are also prescription meds that your doctor can give you for severe nausea.

In brief: New prescription Rx

An old medication was recently reap proved for morning sickness.
.. Bendectin. It was pulled off the market years ago but the fda voted to allow it back in with a new name.. Diclegis. It's just b6 and doxylamine (both things mentioned in other answer i believe).

In brief: Zofran (ondansetron)

Zofran (ondansetron) seems pretty effective and is generally well tolerated.
However its best to take nothing if you can handle it.
