In brief: Yes, but

You can ask to have your MRI reviewed by the radiologist of your choice but you should know that, while intracranial hemorrhage does cause a severe and brief headache (and is easily seen on plain ct), garden variety strokes do not cause headaches.
You need to be evaluated for another cause.

your doctor will ask the radiologist to look again at your images - if you ask him to ask the radiologist.
