Do the treatments for alzheimer's have anything to do with fixing the genes involved?

In brief: Not at this time
The genes linked to alzheimers are not all known at this time.
There currently are treatments for symptoms but no treatment that actually modifies the course of the illness.

In brief: Not Yet
Treatments so far have focused on dealing with the end-products of genes.
This question seems to presuppose that most alzheimer's disease is genetic. Only about 3 to 5% of alzheimer's disease is of the hereditary variety. Most of it is just wear & tear on the brain.
