I been having my regular period But after this last one I've had light cramps acid reflux and sore breasts Could I be prego? Used condom I'm not on BC

Yes. Condoms are good protection from pregnancy but not 100% effective. If you want to know, take a home pregnancy test - it will be positive by the time of your first missed period.

4 weeks ago I had a colonoscopy and upper scope. All was clear except some early Barrettes. Directly after I experienced bad stomach cramps from the air that was used. I had very controlled acid reflux prior but after these procedures I have bad sore thro

Problem is GERDs. Having cramps from air instilled in colon for colonoscopy is not uncommon. Upper GI scoping will not cause sore throat. More likely the Barretts is from reflux esophagitis and the acid reflux is a result of the reflux problem. Use of omeprazole may help symptoms.
Possible. Infection or from the biopsy site. Talk to the endoscopist or your GI doctor.

Very slight pain in area between chest and stomach (a sore feeling and only if I push on it). Its very slight but noticeable. Is this acid reflux?

Not reflux. Reflux most commonly causes heartburn and regurgitation. There are other symptoms, but none of them are reproducible by pressing on your abdomen. Most likely a minor muscle strain or something similar. See your primary care provider if you think something is wrong. Hope this helps!

Pain in my throat is pretty strong. Radiates into my chest and to my stomach. Not acid reflux. Not a sore throat, different. Ideas?

Severe sore throat. Sore throat is quite common. Is hard to gage your chest pain on line. However you need to go to er if you are having diffuculty swallowing, your open bite is less than 3 finger breath wide, your are drooling, your have "gooffy voice", the uvula (thing hanging in the middle) is shifted to the side, or you have to strech you neck in order to get air. This is called ludwig angina (not good).
Unclear... Need lots more details and probably some tests through your local ENT doc or even er if severe. List of a few possibilities: could still be reflux in absence of heartburn, infection, throat cancer, muscle spasm or strain, autoimmune disease.... If short term, likely nothing serious; if present for weeks or more, should definitely be evaluated.

Heavy stomach, pains between breast bone, uncomfy breathing, achy body. Acid reflux?

Might be. Acid reflux but body aches are not typically a symptom of acid reflux disease. The body aches, stomach pain, uncomfortable breathing may also be related to a viral infection. See your doctor if it doesn't go away soon.
