My blood pressure hit 175/99, i recently started to wet the bed. Im 23, and im pretty sure I have sleep apnea. What can I do to fix this?

You should be properly worked up which includes a sleep study and in your case a possible cardiac work up (bp is too high). Wetting the bed can be a symptom sleep apnea.
