Can betnovate n be used for acne scars?

Will not affect them. Betnovate cream/ointment used carefully may reduce any active inflammation (redness), but won't improve the scarring. If the scars are raised or red, try any silicone-based scar gel. Or consider fractionated or ablative laser resurfacing (my preference is sciton profractional xc).

Help! Can asprin be used a medication for acne scar?

Not really. If you have a true "scar" then this needs to be dealt with by filling the depression if you have one and or dealing with a potential color discrepancy.
